Hi! I’m a CAPPA certified labor and postpartum doula who has a passion for supporting, encouraging and loving your family throughout your pregnancy and the postpartum period.
I’ve always had a heart for working with families and children. I’m passionate about caring for mothers and families in pregnancy, birth and postpartum life.
I first became interested in birth when I had my first of 3 sons in 2011 and, like many other moms, wished I knew so much more about the process and benefits of having a supportive doula. While at times, childbirth and postpartum life can feel overwhelming and challenging, I understand the importance of mothers  and their families receiving loving support and encouragement as they transition to life with a newborn.
