Joyful Steps Doula Services - Krissy Whitehead

I'm Krissy, I am in the midst of my doula training and will be offering services including fertility education, childbirth education, labor, postpartum and breastfeeding support to women in the Dayton/Columbus, Ohio area. I have had the privilege of attending friends as they have walked through some of the hardest and joyous birth experiences of their lives. I have personally experienced a wide range of births with my own children. A planned epidural hospital birth, an unplanned natural hospital birth, a planned natural hospital birth and two homebirths! I believe God has given women the amazing ability to bring children into the world in a safe and peaceful way. I support minimal to no interventions, but I am thankful for the medical system when the necessity arises. I also believe in informed choice and will support any woman in whatever birthing plan they choose that's right for her.
