You are solely responsible for the services you provide to any client, and any arrangement is directly between you and the client. We are not a party to it. You understand your listing is provided free of charge, is not an endorsement or recommendation by us, and does not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship with us. You indemnify us against any claim, loss or liability arising from your listing, from information you have provided, or from your dealings with any client. We may edit, decline, suspend or remove your listing at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice and without giving a reason.
